We offer complimentary Standard Shipping with no minimum purchase, for eligible destinations shown at checkout.

Delivery estimate

Standard transit is estimated at 5–8 business days after dispatch. This is a transit estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Order preparation occurs before dispatch; timing varies with product availability and destination. Weekends and holidays are not business days. Remote destinations, customs, carriers and exceptional events can extend delivery.

Destinations and charges

Available destinations and shipping options are confirmed during checkout. International orders may incur customs duties, taxes or import fees assessed by local authorities; the recipient is responsible for any amounts not collected at checkout.

Order updates and delivery problems

We will send an order confirmation by email. If you need an update, supplied the wrong address, or your delivery is missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. Please contact us promptly so that we can investigate with the carrier. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch.
